We offer you a best price guarantee. This means that if you get an item cheaper from another competitor (from Switzerland or Europe) than from us, we will be happy to check this and usually offer you a price (there is no entitlement to this) which is at least 1% is cheaper than the competitor's offer. This excludes special offers from competitors, advance payment discounts, promotions, etc. The price comparison must include delivery to a Swiss address.

As a Swiss consumer, please note that the following must be added when purchasing in the EU: Delivery costs to Switzerland, Swiss VAT, import customs clearance costs (not to be confused with export customs clearance costs, these are often borne by the sender) are charged by the freight forwarder/transporter and in the Usually charged to the Swiss recipient. Expect import customs clearance costs of around CHF 60 to 90. Since these are charged individually by the freight forwarder/transporter, there is no clear tariff. Each carrier has its own customs clearance tariffs.
