Beschreibung

Fine durable pumice made from porous white volcanic rock. It is particularly suitable for gently and carefully removing calluses from hands, feet and elbows. The pumice stone is not ground and glued, but has the naturally formed shape and shows no wear even after years.

Care instructions:

Rinse the stone with clean water after each use to remove impurities and let it air dry. We recommend boiling it occasionally for disinfection. Store in a dry place.

    Today Iris Hantverk consists of 17 employees. The main business is the brush binding factory in Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede. Here six visually impaired craftsmen from different cultures make brushes in the old Swedish tradition. Since August 2012, the company has been run by Richard Sparrenhök and Sara Edhäll. They care a lot about the craftsmen and the survival of brush-making. They believe that many like them appreciate the feel and quality of a hand-drawn brush made from natural materials.

    Their vision is to revive the traditional profession of brush binding. By producing functional products with good design, combined with the quality of natural materials and the solid technique of the craftsmen.

Seit über 100 Jahren setzt das Unternehmen auf exzellente Handwerkskunst, die von sehbehinderten Handwerkern in Schweden ausgeführt wird. Jede Bürste wird mit größter Sorgfalt in der Manufaktur in Enskede gefertigt, was zu langlebigen und funktionalen Produkten führt, die gleichzeitig ästhetisch ansprechend sind.
