.A practical cheese knife with just the right proportions for cutting cheese and cold meats. It can also be used as a small knife for cutting herbs and fruit.
Made by carefully inserting a double-edged stainless steel blade into a brass handle. To maintain the cutting edge quality, only high quality stainless steel is used for knives, which is first fired to increase its hardness and then repeatedly ground to achieve a smooth cutting edge quality.
.Over time, the brass undergoes a colour change through natural oxidation processes and develops a charming light brown patina, followed by rust tones. The original shine can be preserved by using a brass polishing cloth. As Azmaya uses carefully selected materials and production processes, the knife can be resharpened.
