Beschreibung

This cup with spout brings out the inherent beauty of clay. Because the material contains no iron oxide, it has a deep anthracite colour, and because it is not glazed, you can admire the mineral deposits and particles that make up its texture. There are slight grooves on the sides of the cup, reminiscent of the circular motion of the potter's wheel. The small cup works well as a pouring vessel for sauces and dressings or as a milk jug.

This handmade product is unique and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, shape and size. Individually made by craftsmen on a potter's wheel. The pottery is made using the high-fired unglazed technique called Yakishime.
