This handmade crinkled glass was designed by Makoto Komatsu, whose works have been collected by museums such as MoMA and V&A. Komatsu describes the "Crinkle/Crumple" series as the most important work of his career. The series was inspired by random paper impressions he noticed on plaster moulds used for the mass production of ceramics.
