Beschreibung

A traditional iron kettle of the "hiramaru (flat and round)" type. It looks small but has a capacity of 1.5 litres. It is a simple design that takes advantage of the properties of Yamagata casting and focuses on the beauty of the cast surface. Since a mould is made each time, it is possible to produce an iron kettle with a beautiful cast surface. Its simple and practical design allows you to use it for a long time with love.

Traditional iron kettle of the "hiramaru (flat and round)" type.

With proper care, an iron kettle can be used for a lifetime.
Make sure to dispose of all the water in the kettle after each use so that no moisture remains. Remove the lid and heat the kettle over the flame for about 30 seconds. Then leave it for 10 minutes so that the residual moisture dries out thoroughly and rust is prevented. Once the surface has cooled down, you can clean the kettle and store it.

This handmade product is unique and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, shape and size.

Each tea kettle comes in a cardboard box.
