Beschreibung

The fine-toothed grater brush is traditionally used for graters or mortars to scrape off ground ingredients such as ginger, sesame seeds and citrus peel. The bristles are made of flexible bamboo, which makes cleaning the grater quick and easy and ensures that it stays sharp and ready for use. Handmade by artisans in Nara and Kyoto from local, natural materials.
